This Domain registration procedure is for Nocser .my Domain Reseller.

There are some changes on .my Domain Registration process with Nocser. The detail process can be found from the link included at the bottom of this page. In fact there are nothing much different from what you have done now. The main different is you will need to submit your order from Nocser Website before you reserve your Domain at Mynic website. This will let you to use the “Register Domain” function instead of “transfer Domain“.

Why the changes is needed?
When you register .my Domain from Nocser Client Area after you reserve the Domain from Mynic Website, you will receive an error like “The Domain is not available for register“. The reason is when Nocser Client Area try to search the Domain availability from Mynic whois, Mynic is return message with the Domain is not available for registration due to the Domain being reserved by you in the previous step.

With effective from 30 July 2009, all new domain name registrations for .my, .com.my, .net.my and .org.my, organizations formed pursuant to Business Registration Act 1956 (ROB), Companies Act 1965 (ROC)and Legal Profession Act 1976 need not submit the hard copies of supporting documents unless specifically requested.

You must ensure all the information you submitted in your application to register a domain name is complete, correct and accurate.

.my DOMAIN REGISTRY will carry out random checks on the veracity of the information submitted by Registrants from time to time. .my DOMAIN REGISTRY will suspend, delete and/or transfer the domain names of Registrants if the information you submitted is inaccurate.

Nocser will be celebrating the National Day on August. Hence Nocser will be close for the day. As a result, we are not able to respond to your enquiry promptly except Technical Support.
