Install nano with yum

yum install nano

If tum is not install

cd /root
mkdir downloads
cd downloads
wget http://www.nano-editor.org/dist/v1.2/nano-1.2.5.tar.gz
tar zxvf nano-1.2.5.tar.gz
cd nano-1.2.5
./configure
make
make install
