First, you need to ensure spam box is enable server wide. If not, you may enable it from Tweak Setting. Once this is done, you will need to enable it for each domain level

Here is how to enable spamboxes of spamassassin at Domain Level:

• Login to Cpanel
• Go to SpamAssassin
• Click Enable Spam box

As this is not a normal mail folder, you will need to enable them from Email level of each Email account.

• Go to SquirrelMail Webmail
• Click Folder
• scroll down to "Unsubscribe/Subscribe"
• Click "Subscribe" to spam

To check spam box

• Go to Webmail
• Login to Squirrelmail
• On the left panel, click "spam"
• Here is the spam stored

Important notice, you will need to clear spam box from cpanel or manually after login to webmail regularly as it will fill up your space.
