The latest cPanel update has caused this issue with Ioncube runtime decoding. You will need to check the ioncube_loader_helper.php file inside the ioncube runtime decoders folder for more information about the issue and how to resolve it. The issue is affecting all Ioncube applications and root access is required to fix the issue so if you are a reseller you should contact your host about it.
