1) Admin Assistance

Requirement:

• Familiar with Web / IT related background
• Required Language: English
• Preferably Language: Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
• Willing to work at Kajang Selangor
• Preferably Skill: Linux Administration and Web Design
• Preferably Good tele-communication skill

Responsibility:

• To respond to customer inquiries
• To prospecting reseller and end user for services provided
• To act as 1st level support to clients
• To assist clients for services offered by Nocser Technology
• To reply clients Email / support ticket
• To distribute support ticket to level 2 support team
• To assist clients on Domain registration and hosting sign-up
• To answer and reply to phone call related to sales and technical
