We would like to remind all partners that for 3LD .id domains (including .CO.ID, .OR.ID, .NET.ID, .AC.ID, and .SCH.ID), the submission of supporting documents is mandatory during the registrar transfer process.
Please note that if the required supporting documents are not submitted within 30 days from the registrar transfer-in request initiation date, the domain will not be suspended immediately upon transfer completion, but will instead be suspended only after the 30-day period has elapsed.
To avoid any inconvenience or service interruption, partners are strongly advised to prepare and submit all required documents promptly after initiating the transfer request.
