With immediate effect, we are temp remove Paypal as payment or add fund option for any transaction made at http://domain.nocser.net. This is due to some API integration technical issue between the 2 server. Paypal payment option will be re-enable once the root issue cause has been fixed.
Our client area (www.nocser.net/clients/) will continue accept Paypal for any transaction.
