To install WHMxtra, you need to activate cpanel license by login to the server and run
/usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt
Once the license activated, you need to enable ioncube loader in WHM > Tweak Setting > PHP and start downloading the WHMxtra installation file and install it by running
wget http://whmxtra.com/pro/pro.sh;sh pro.sh
After installation has completed, log into WHM and click on the Xtra Ultimate link from WHM's Plugins menu on the bottom left.
Navigate to 'Settings' -> 'License' menu inside Xtra Ultimate interface -> Enter the license key in the box and click the change button.
